Group Course Structure
The group mindfulness course runs over eight weekly sessions. I introduce mindfulness and meditation practices that build on one another so you can integrate techniques. By the end of the course, you’ll have built stress management and wellbeing systems and cultivated your mental fitness toolkit for new skills.
Each week will cover different educational topics in an applied way, so you can bring awareness to your emotions, thoughts, beliefs, behaviours and life stressors. As you build resilience, you can develop new habits and refocus your energy for lasting change.

Learning how to integrate mindfulness and make it count for your personal challenges and goals is effective in group, one-to-one, in-person or online settings. The setting you choose is down to personal preference.
With a group course, you have the opportunity to engage with others on a similar journey. If you feel this is your priority, opt for a group in-person or online course.
If you are more comfortable in a one-to-one setting and would also prefer to tailor the course to your needs, then reach out for a personalised program.
When choosing your route, aim to balance comfort, convenience and what would be most motivating for you.
My aim is to make everyone as comfortable as possible in classes. You are in control of how much you would like to contribute. There is no pressure to share, however you might find it useful to ask questions and discuss your experiences with others.
You will have access to ask me questions outside of classes, and you’re also welcome to let me know if you’re feeling uncomfortable about engaging for extra assurance that there will be no pressure to do so.
Yes, I offer mindfulness courses for private groups. For a 10-person group, the price will be the same per person. For smaller groups, please get in touch and I can price this consciously for you, considering any personalisation your private group requires.
This is a practical mindfulness course rooted in science. We don’t push spirituality, beliefs or stereotypes. People from all walks of life join mindfulness courses to learn how to take advantage of mindfulness for their personal goals.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a small community where you will share your journeys without judgement on your course. There is no pressure to share if you are not comfortable in doing so!
We keep things simple. You will need yourself and a small diary to take some notes post-practice as we introduce journalling as a supportive mindfulness tool.
When meditating at home, you just need a comfortable space. We will explore how meditations can be done sitting, standing, laying or walking. You might need some small cushions and a blanket for comfort.
