The 8-week course is for 1.5 hours weekly, covering practical tools and techniques as well as educational topics. You can join an in-person course in Essex, or online.
Themes include managing stress, emotional intelligence, exploring pressures and expectations, breaking down limiting beliefs, taking care of yourself for productivity and confidence, upskilling and optimising motivation and capacity, driving positive change.
I also offer one-to-one sessions where we can create a programme tailored to you.
