The 8-week course is consciously priced at £180 per person, giving you complete access to live sessions, guided meditations, and audios.

Online Course Structure
The online mindfulness course runs over eight weekly online sessions, designed to progressively build and integrate practices. The sessions are live and interactive, allowing you to ask questions, get real-time feedback and contribute as much as you would like to.
Each week you will have the opportunity to reflect on the educational topics in a personal way, bringing awareness to your feelings, thought patterns, habits and stressors. The aim is to build throughout the course, so that you’ll leave with stress management systems, mental fitness and new approaches.

The online mindfulness course is live and interactive. This means you can ask questions and share with others in real-time. However, you are in control of how much you would like to contribute. There is no pressure to share, however you might find it useful to ask questions and discuss your experiences with others.
You will have access to ask me questions outside of classes, and you’re also welcome to let me know if you’re feeling uncomfortable about engaging for extra assurance that there will be no pressure to do so.
The online mindfulness course has been designed around simplicity and practicality. To attend classes, you will need access to the online platform and an internet connection. To practise, you will need a comfortable space, where you can lie down or sit on a chair. To add to comfort, you might want a cushion or two, and a blanket.
Otherwise, you just need a small notepad to journal.
The online course classes will be recorded, so if you have any connection problems during a class, you will be able to revisit the session. You will also be able to dial into meetings from a phone, so you can speak and hear the audio.
