I provide tailored, private mindfulness programmes for individuals seeking a more private, personalised experience.

These details are based on the standard framework and can be flexed in a personalised programme.

Course Costs:

One-to-one classes are priced consciously at £60 per session.

We will establish the number of sessions in your course through a personalised plan, and you can continue to book session-by-session check-ins post-course.

One-to-one coaching allows us to work together in a private setting to focus on your specific goals, whether that is emotional balance, pain management, motivation or performance.

There are many common benefits of regular mindfulness practice; in tailored sessions I will teach you to apply awareness to meet your needs as you build mental strength and resilience.

We strive for you to leave one-to-one mindfulness coaching with confidence to continue to use mindfulness to optimise health and unlock potential.

You can choose to increase the focus on different educational topics, which we will explore through self-reflection exercises. As you bring awareness to your challenges, stressors and behaviours, you can develop new habits for lasting transformation.

One-to-One Course Structure

We will start with the 8-week framework and tailor to your needs, setting out a personalised plan for your one-to-one mindfulness course. Classes are usually weekly.

During the set time frame, we will explore different techniques to train body and mind, progressively integrating the tools that work for you. Combined with the educational topics, you will build your stress management system and mental fitness toolkit for new skills.

Each session is private, ensuring that you get the most out of your mindfulness practice with my full support and guidance.

The 8-week mindfulness course structure has been shown to decrease perceived stress and increase mindfulness attention awareness. It is a proven timeline for building your habit of practice and covering the educational topics. For this reason, I recommend using the 8-week framework as a starting point.

However, private programmes can be fully personalised to your needs. For example, if you already have an established practice, we can look to create a shorter program or a series of workshops you are most interested in. Please get in touch to explore your personal needs.

Learning how to integrate mindfulness and make it count for your personal challenges and goals is effective in group, one-to-one, in-person or online settings. The setting you choose is down to personal preference.

With a group course, you have the opportunity to engage with others on a similar journey. If you feel this is your priority, opt for a group in-person or online course.

If you are more comfortable in a one-to-one setting and would also prefer to tailor the course to your needs, then reach out for a personalised program.

When choosing your route, aim to balance comfort, convenience and what would be most motivating for you.

If you are based in Essex, you are welcome to mix your sessions between in-person and online to add flexibility. We may have to book our in-person sessions in advance depending on location and would potentially have a cut-off as to when we can change these to online. This can all be discussed and agreed when we plan your programme.

We keep things simple. You will need yourself and a small diary to take some notes post-practice as we introduce journalling as a supportive mindfulness tool.

When meditating at home, you just need a comfortable space. We will explore how meditations can be done sitting, standing, laying or walking. You might need some small cushions and a blanket for comfort.
